4. Subscriptions & Payments: We offer free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• All payments are processed through our third-party provider, Paddle.
• Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax compliance, and invoice generation.
• You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Trial & Refund Policy: We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers.

• Refund requests beyond this window will not be entertained unless required by law.
• Refunds are processed exclusively via Paddle. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Paddle may, at its discretion or under applicable regulations, issue refunds or process chargebacks and recover such amounts (including fees) from us or directly from you.
• Abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated refunds) may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Disclaimers : Our SEO tools and recommendations are AI-generated and meant to support—not replace—professional analysis.

• We make no guarantees of specific search engine results.
• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureSEO shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services

11. Modifications to Terms : We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be posted on our website or emailed to registered users.
Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
